Ten years on cells under manufacturer terms, two years on the BMS and electronics, and spares held in the EU.

Cover

Cells: 10 years under manufacturer terms, against capacity falling below the rated curve and against defects in materials or workmanship.

BMS and electronics: 24 months against defect.

Enclosure, terminals and cabling: 24 months against defect.

What is not covered

Damage from water ingress, mechanical damage, reverse polarity, connecting a pack to an incompatible inverter, charging outside the specified temperature window, or use outside the documented current limits. Normal capacity fade within the manufacturer’s curve is not a defect.

How a claim runs

Send the model, serial or batch number, the purchase date and a description with photos. We confirm within two working days. Because spares are held with the EU stock, most replacements ship from Germany or Poland; if the unit has to come back we will tell you where to send it before you ship anything.
