How stock leaves the warehouse
Shipping & delivery
Lead times, DDP terms, packing and the documents that travel with a lithium shipment.
Delivery options
DDP (recommended for EU buyers). We deliver to your address with duty and VAT already paid. From EU stock that is 3–7 days for most destinations; for goods still in the factory it is 25–40 days production plus transit. The DDP price in the quotation is the price you pay at your door.
Ex-works / FCA. If you prefer to use your own forwarder, we hand the goods over at the warehouse or factory with the export documents. You arrange and pay the freight.
What travels with the goods
UN38.3 test report and MSDS (required for lithium cells and packs in transport), packing list, commercial invoice. CE / RoHS documentation for the pack range on request. Cabinet models ship on a pallet with a wooden crate; cells and rack packs in UN-certified cartons.
Receiving the goods
Check the pallet before you sign: count the cartons, photograph any visible damage, and note it on the delivery document. Report damage within 48 hours with photos and we will handle the claim with the carrier.
Batteries arrive at roughly 30–50 % state of charge, which is what transport regulations require. Charge before the first use. Do not store a full pack in freezing conditions.
