Quotations and orders

Prices are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, ex-works or DDP as quoted, and subject to stock at the moment of confirmation. An order is binding when we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit has arrived.

Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are good-faith estimates. Under DDP, risk passes when the goods are delivered to the agreed address; under Ex-works or FCA, risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier. Delay caused by customs, carrier, weather or force majeure does not create a claim for consequential loss.

Inspecting and claiming

Inspect on delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery document within 48 hours. Warranty terms are set out on the warranty page; warranty is the remedy for defective goods.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law at the seller’s registered address, and the parties will first attempt to settle any dispute in writing before starting proceedings. Our full terms are sent with the proforma invoice and prevail over this summary.
