Short version: we collect what you send us in the inquiry form
so we can quote and ship, we do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who is responsible

圣拓(湖南)能源技术有限公司 / Sento (Hunan) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) is the controller for personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form or send us by email or WhatsApp: name, company,
email, phone number, country, the products and quantities you ask about, and your message.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log the requesting IP address for security and abuse
prevention, as every web host does.

Why we may use it (legal bases, GDPR Art. 6)

To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation (contract / pre-contract steps), to fulfil an
order and provide after-sales support (performance of a contract), and for our legitimate
interest in keeping the site secure and the business records complete.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to answer you or deliver an order: our email and hosting providers,
freight forwarders and customs brokers, and — where you ask for it — the warehouse handling
your delivery. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence: up to 24 months from the last contact. Order, shipping and customs
documents: as long as tax and export law requires (typically 10 years).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to the
processing. Write to [email protected] and we will
answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your national data
protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language and currency preference
may be stored by the hosting layer to serve the page; no profile about you is built and
nothing is sold onward.

Transfers outside the EU

Our company is based in China and our email is processed by providers that may store data
outside the EU/EEA. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses and on the fact
that the data is limited to what you sent us in order to trade.
