The questions buyers actually ask
FAQ
MOQ, DDP, VAT numbers, samples, lead times, BMS compatibility and shipping to non-EU destinations.
What is the minimum order?
One pallet, or a single pack for a sample. Cells are usually ordered by the pallet because that is where the freight cost makes sense.
Do I need a VAT number?
For a B2B sale inside the EU, yes — we need your VAT ID on the invoice. For delivery outside the EU we need the consignee details only.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Where the model is in the EU warehouse we ship one or two units at list price; samples from the factory are quoted separately and take longer.
How fast is delivery?
EU stock: 3–7 days to most EU addresses, DDP. Factory: 25–40 days production, then transit.
Will the pack talk to my inverter?
Our packs speak CAN, RS232 and RS485. Tell us the inverter model and we set the protocol at the factory; if the protocol is unusual send us the manual or the CAN log and we will confirm before you order.
Are the cells really grade A?
Yes, with the manufacturer’s test data for the batch. If you need matched internal resistance for a 16S string, say so on the order and it is part of the picking.
Can you ship to a non-EU country?
EU warehouse stock can be delivered to non-EU destinations, but customs and VAT are then handled at the border and we quote that separately. Ukrainian and Western Balkan deliveries are usually quoted from Poland.
Do you put my logo on it?
Yes, with a minimum quantity: case colour, label printing and connector type can all be specified. Ask for the MOQ for your configuration.
