What arrives with the goods
UN38.3 test report and MSDS with every shipment; CE / RoHS documentation for the pack range on
request; packing list and commercial invoice for your own books.
Transport
UN-certified cartons, wooden crate and pallet for cabinet models.
Lithium goods shipped under UN38.3 documentation, by road within the EU.
Cleared goods
EU stock was imported and cleared for us: duty and VAT are already paid, so
your customer never sees a customs declaration.
After-sales
Spares and replacements are held with the EU stock, and technical
support is in English, Spanish or Chinese.
